Earnings per share were HK$0.27 during the period, up 130.3% from a year earlier.Digital China’s revenue in the period increased 6.49% year on year to HK$10.66 billion. The growth margin during the period was 15.48%, compared with 12.27% in the corresponding period of 2008.Revenue from the supply chain business grew by 139.26% year on year in the quarter, and revenue from the software and service businesses grew by 27.05% year on year. Digital China attributed the sound profit growth to its business strategy of focusing on services. Its service business has been profitable for seven consecutive quarters.
