We’re Accepting Submissions to our Guide to NYC’s Best Desserts

There’s no question that NYC has some the best desserts in the world. When out-of-towners ask you for tips on the best dessert spots in the city, do you find yourself compiling a long e-mail filled with quality recommendations?

BiblioCrunch is crowdsourcing our newest eBook, Guide to NYC’s Best Desserts, and we need YOUR sweet tooth.

We’re paying up to $25 per submission.

Deadline: January 12th 2012

Submission Guidelines:

We’re looking for everything from the Strip House’s 24-layer chocolate cake to the best cupcakes to the best create-your-own-doughnuts shop.

All submissions should be in the following format in a Word document. Please also embed a photo within your Word document.

Craving a yummy post-meal dessert? Forget the Billy Bakery’s or Magnolias and head over to the Upper East Side for a taste of heavenly cupcakes. Any foodie will tell you that Two Little Red Hens has the best cakes that are a hit at every party. Their ‘Brooklyn Blackout Cake” melts in your mouth. It’s made with real chocolate pudding made fresh daily. If you’re a red velvet fan the cake is made with fresh sour cream dressing. All you need is a cup of milk to wash it down. $20 will buy you a small cake. If you’re craving something a little smaller, ever cake has a corresponding cupcake for $2.75. Can’t decide?
